Job description

Responsibilities: Manage and oversee aviation logistics operations. Ensure smooth and efficient logistics processes. Develop and implement logistics strategies to meet customer satisfaction and business objectives. Manage a team of logistics staff and provide guidance and support. Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure seamless logistics operations. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures. Coordinate with various teams to achieve operational excellence. Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication, teamwork, and continuous learning. Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners to drive business growth.
