Intricately connected with the surrounding community, Tengah General and Community Hospital will be a beacon of hope for those seeking quality healthcare in a holistic environment. As part of our commitment to delivering exceptional patient care, we are now looking for an Assistant Manager, Office Management & PMO Support to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Office of the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Project Management Office (PMO). Key Responsibilities: • Provide administrative support to the COO and PMO in managing projects, meetings, and reports. • Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and training sessions as required. • Develop and maintain project management tools, templates, and databases. • Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets. • Provide support to the PMO in monitoring and tracking project progress. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field. • At least 3 years of experience in office management, project management, or a related field. • Strong administrative and organizational skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
