As an Assistant Manager – NPD, you will play a key role in driving the development of innovative products that make a meaningful difference in the lives of these vulnerable babies. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products that meet customer needs and market trends. • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers. • Provide technical support and guidance to the NPD team on product development and testing. • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. • Identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed.
