Task

As a commercial assistant in our stores,

• Leads and coordinates the daily operation of the team. As a director, organizes the flow of goods on the sales floor and carries out the operation of the food and non-food teams.
• You are responsible for replenishing shelves and displaying promotions, so that our customers can easily shop.
• You are polyvalent with colleagues from other departments, because we attach great value to cooperation.
• In the absence of the department manager, you take over the operational part. You are also involved in organizing the execution of sales actions: seasonal articles, events, etc. In short, you stand at the center of the action!
• And because our customers are king, you always put them first. You actively participate in all the ins and outs of the store to achieve the best results through genuine cooperation.

Responsibility Area

• You carry out all tasks assigned to you by your hierarchy.
• You make proposals to your hierarchy regarding commercial actions, optimizing the location (following up on inventory) and organizing work in general.
• You work together with your colleagues from the Front Office Assistant within your universe.
• You are responsible for opening and closing the store according to the store schedule.

Profile

• You have a secondary education diploma (or equivalent through experience).
• You have a first professional experience in sales / retail / hospitality or catering.
• You possess potential to lead a team.
• You are flexible. Working in a variable work schedule and on Saturdays does not scare you off.
• Your qualities: customer- and result-oriented, initiative, organization, communication, teamwork.
