Tasks

You keep the store in motion – even behind the scenes.

As Assistant Manager, you combine operational strength with leadership.

You support management, lead teams in daily business, and ensure that processes, service, and sales flow seamlessly together.

Qualification

You know: A strong store is created through stability – and through people who take responsibility.

You recognize where support is needed, and step in.
Globally with management, you set standards, accompany the team, and maintain commercial flow. You give the store structure – and thus the foundation for success.
