We're seeking a motivated and stylish Assistant Manager to join a premium fashion store in Chatswood. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves fashion, bold colours, prints, and statement pieces, and wants a Monday-to-Friday roster with clear work-life balance.

What you'll do:

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations, including rostering, cash handling, and visual merchandising

• Lead and motivate a small team to deliver exceptional customer experiences

• Maintain a stylish, bold, and engaging store environment featuring prints, colours, and standout pieces

• Help drive sales and team performance, setting a positive example on the shop floor

What we're looking for:

• Retail experience, ideally in premium fashion or lifestyle brands

• Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills

• Passion for fashion, styling, and creating exceptional customer experiences

• Hands-on, energetic, and ready to inspire your team

Package:

• Salary: $59,700 - $60,800 + Super (dependant on how many late nights you work a fortnight)

• Wardrobe allowance + free clothes!!!

• Monday-to-Friday roster with a clear work-life balance
