Are you a hands-on retail leader who thrives in a customer-focused environment? We're looking for an Assistant Store Manager ready to support the Store Manager, inspire a high-performing team, and help drive sales and store success for a well-established retail brand.

The Role:
* Support day-to-day retail operations and team management
* Maintain high in-store visual merchandising and operational standards
* Coach, mentor, and develop your team to reach their full potential
* Ensure health & safety compliance and smooth store operations
* Assist with financial performance, reporting, and wage budgets
* Help manage inventory, rostering, and overall store performance

* Proven experience in retail management or leadership roles
* Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences
* Strong communicator, both verbal and written, across all levels
* Sales-driven with commercial awareness
