Assistant Manager

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager as part of the Restaurant Leadership Team (RLT), you will play a vital role in driving the success of your restaurant, bringing our values of “Guest Obsessed” and “People Power” to life. You will do this in the service and production areas of your restaurant, leading a team where: Guests are placed at the centre of the business. Teamwork is essential to deliver on our guests’ expectations. Employees are empowered and enabled to make decisions that drive results. This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team to achieve their goals. You will be responsible for: • Leading a team of up to 20 employees in the service and production areas of your restaurant. • Ensuring that all guests receive an exceptional dining experience by providing prompt and friendly service. • Building strong relationships with your team members, ensuring they are motivated and engaged. • Managing inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed. • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment for employees and guests. • Participating in training programs to develop your skills and knowledge. • Collaborating with other restaurant leaders to drive business results and achieve company goals.
