Assistant HR Manager Kochi - Work from office - Monday to Saturday Job Summary The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will manage end-to-end hiring for technology and business-critical roles across cloud, cybersecurity, DevOps, and enterprise IT services. This is an individual contributor role that partners closely with business leaders to deliver high-quality talent, build strong talent pipelines, strengthen employer branding, and drive data-driven recruitment outcomes aligned with organization’s strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex hiring processes, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and driving results-oriented recruitment strategies. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for technology and business-critical roles. • Collaborating closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their talent needs and develop tailored recruitment plans. • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including HR teams, hiring managers, and business leaders. • Conducting thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, reference checks, and background verifications. • Providing expert guidance on best practices in recruitment, talent acquisition, and employer branding. • Analyzing and reporting on recruitment metrics to drive data-driven decision making. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve recruitment processes and outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • At least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, HR generalist, or a related role. • Proven track record of successfully managing complex hiring processes. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Certification in recruitment or talent acquisition (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is an added advantage.
