Assistant Manager, Financial Modelling

Interpath Advisory is seeking a proactive and skilled Assistant Manager to join our Financial Modelling team. In this role, you will work closely with clients and colleagues to develop and enhance financial models and analytical solutions that drive informed business decisions. You will have the opportunity to collaborate on a diverse range of projects across various sectors, using your expertise to deliver high-quality, detailed modelling outputs. Your everyday responsibilities will include: * Developing and maintaining financial models for a variety of purposes, including forecasting, valuation, and transaction support. * Conducting financial analysis and interpreting results to provide insightful recommendations. * Collaborating with clients to understand their financial modelling needs and objectives. * Ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and robustness of financial models. * Preparing and presenting reports and presentations to clients and stakeholders. * Managing and mentoring junior team members, providing guidance and support. * Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial modelling. * Contributing to the development of new modelling techniques and methodologies. **Key Requirements:** * Proven experience in financial modelling, with a strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles. * Experience in the design and build of financial models, ideally within a consulting environment. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and modelling techniques. * Experience with other financial modelling software (e.g., VBA, Python) is a plus. * Relevant professional qualification (e.g., ACA, CFA) is desirable. **Benefits:** * Competitive salary and benefits package. * Opportunities for professional development and training. * Exposure to a wide range of projects and clients. * Collaborative and supportive work environment. * Opportunity to contribute to the growth of a leading advisory firm.
