The company provides a complete outsourced game art, engineering, testing, audio and localization service for all Console, PC, Handheld and Mobile content, to many of the biggest names in games and interactive entertainment, working on thousands of titles including many of the best-selling titles of the past decade. The role of Assistant Manager - Finance (Japan Operations) is responsible for the financial management of the Japan operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and financial analysis. The role will also be responsible for the management of the finance team, including recruitment, training, and performance management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with experience in financial planning and analysis, and a proven track record of delivering financial results. The candidate should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. The role will be based in Tokyo, Japan, and will require occasional travel to other Keywords Studios locations.
