Assistant Manager Finance (CA Fresher)

About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Chartered Accountant with 0-4 years of experience in finance controllership, process management, and finance partnering to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, improving financial processes, and acting as a strategic partner to various business units. Responsibilities Ensure accurate and timely closure of books of accounts on a monthly, quarterly, and annually basis. This includes reviewing and reconciling general ledger accounts, analyzing and investigating discrepancies, and preparing and presenting financial reports to management. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements, streamlining financial reporting, and providing financial insights to support business decision-making. Requirements Chartered Accountant (CA) certification with 0-4 years of experience in finance controllership, process management, and finance partnering. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
