As the Assistant Manager, Executive Level 1, ICT Business & Pipeline Management, you will be responsible for providing high-level support to the Director, ICT Business & Pipeline Management, and other stakeholders across the department. This includes developing and implementing business cases for new initiatives, managing project portfolios, and ensuring effective stakeholder engagement. You will also provide strategic advice on the development of the department's ICT strategy and contribute to the development of the department's overall business plan. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Australian Government's ICT landscape and be able to demonstrate their ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders and teams. Key responsibilities: Provide high-level support to the Director, ICT Business & Pipeline Management, and other stakeholders across the department Develop and implement business cases for new initiatives Manage project portfolios Ensure effective stakeholder engagement Provide strategic advice on the development of the department's ICT strategy Contribute to the development of the department's overall business plan Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business administration, management, information technology) At least 5 years' experience in a similar role or a related field Strong understanding of the Australian Government's ICT landscape Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders and teams Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to develop and implement business cases for new initiatives Ability to manage project portfolios Ability to provide strategic advice on the development of the department's ICT strategy Ability to contribute to the development of the department's overall business plan Benefits: Competitive salary range $122,235 - $129,811 Flexible working arrangements, including telework and compressed hours Generous leave entitlements, including annual leave, long service leave, and parental leave Opportunities for professional development and growth within the department
