Role Summary The Assistant Manager – Demand Planning will manage demand forecasting, inventory planning, and transfer orders; develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts by analyzing historical data, market trends, and competitor activity; collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of supply chain plans with business objectives; identify and mitigate potential risks and opportunities through scenario planning and sensitivity analysis; provide insights and recommendations to optimize inventory levels, reduce stockouts, and minimize overstocking; develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal partners; stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in demand planning and supply chain management.
