You will conduct in-depth research and analysis to support various corporate finance transactions and advisory projects. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, financial acumen, and a strong understanding of business valuation. You will work closely with senior team members and contribute to the successful execution of client engagements. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct detailed industry research and analysis, including market trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory environments. * Perform financial modeling and valuation analyses (e.g., DCF, precedent transactions, and comparable companies). * Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and other deliverables for clients. * Assist in the preparation of pitch materials and proposals. * Collaborate with team members to develop and execute project strategies. * Monitor and analyze financial data, identifying key trends and insights. * Stay up-to-date on industry developments, economic conditions, and relevant regulations. * Support deal teams in various stages of transactions, including due diligence and deal execution. * Contribute to the development of internal knowledge and best practices. * Manage and mentor junior team members, as needed. **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. * Proven experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or a related field. * Strong financial modeling and valuation skills. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Proficiency in financial data sources (e.g., Bloomberg, Refinitiv). * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to work effectively in a team environment. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. * Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are a plus. **Benefits** * Competitive salary and benefits package. * Opportunities for professional development and growth. * Exposure to a wide range of corporate finance transactions and advisory projects. * Collaborative and supportive work environment. * Opportunity to work with a diverse and talented team. * Hybrid working model.
