Assistant Manager (Civil)-Solar Projects| Ilios Power Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in Civil Engineering (B.Tech – Civil is preferable) Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in solar project execution (ground-mounted projects preferred) 5–8 years of total experience in civil construction Strong experience in civil works including foundations, MMS Piling, RCC, structural works, and site development Proven experience in managing on-site execution activities for utility-scale solar projects
