WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Organize, plan, and coordinate store activities according to company standards.
• Realize sales plans and respect budget.
• Commercial management: analyze sales by product categories, know products in detail, propose new products, compare with our brand and competitors.
• Maintain correct accounting records for the store.
• Recruit and select personnel, train, motivate, and evaluate them.
• Verify compliance with internal procedures, regulations, policies, and work instructions for each employee.
• Manage and organize merchandise on shelves according to VM standards.
• Manage and organize warehouse according to company standards.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

• A pleasant attitude and a desire for development.
• Analytical skills, distributed attention, attention to details.
• The ability to resolve problems, multiple tasks, and respect deadlines.
• The ability to organize daily activity of a team of 5 people.
• Experience in a similar position, at least 1 year.
• Middle-level English written and spoken.
• Middle-level education completed.
