Job Description: Carry out and lead detailed and precise quality control requirements before and after hotel opening. Ensure a preventive maintenance program for all hotel equipment, public areas, and guest rooms. Guarantee that all emergency and life safety equipment, as well as systems, are inspected, tested, and certified in accordance with federal, local, and legal requirements. Ensure that requests for maintenance and repairs are processed promptly and efficiently. Coordinate with the engineering department to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance plan that includes regular inspections, testing, and certification of all equipment and systems. Collaborate with other departments to identify and address potential maintenance issues before they become major problems. Provide training and guidance to maintenance staff on proper procedures and best practices for equipment operation and maintenance. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of maintenance programs and make recommendations for improvement. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and materials. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to hotel operations and maintenance.
