Assistant Logistics and Billing (H/F/D)

Adecco In the context of regular requests from our client, we are forming a pool of available professionals to fill positions as logistics assistant with a strong billing component and knowledge of customs formalities. Responsibilities - Management of customer and supplier orders. - Preparation and follow-up on billing. - Organization of national and international shipments. - Writing of transport and customs documents (import/export). - Administrative follow-up related to logistics (B/L, CMR, certificates, etc.). - Communication with forwarders, carriers, and customs. Profile - Education in logistics, administration or equivalent. - Confirmed experience in logistics billing or ADV. - Knowledge of Swiss and European customs formalities. - Comfortable with office tools and ERP (SAP plus). - Autonomous, organized, rigorous, and good relational.
