This property offers refined safari experiences and exceptional guest service, requiring a confident and detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure seamless guest satisfaction. Key responsibilities include: ⭐ Managing front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, room assignments, and guest requests; ⭐ Coordinating with the lodge's management team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations; ⭐ Supervising and training lodge staff in areas such as customer service, housekeeping, and food and beverage service; ⭐ Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout the lodge; ⭐ Assisting with special events, weddings, and corporate functions; ⭐ Developing and implementing effective strategies to increase guest satisfaction and loyalty; ⭐ Collaborating with other departments (e.g., marketing, sales) to drive business growth and revenue; ⭐ Maintaining accurate records and reports for management review; ⭐ Participating in regular staff meetings and contributing to the development of lodge policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will possess: ⭐ A relevant degree or diploma in hospitality, tourism, or a related field; ⭐ At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry; ⭐ Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills; ⭐ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities; ⭐ Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities; ⭐ Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
