As Assistant Learning & Development Manager - voco Orchard Singapore, you will be responsible for the following: • Developing and implementing training programs that meet the needs of our team members. • Collaborating with department heads to identify training needs and develop solutions. • Conducting training sessions and workshops for team members. • Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making recommendations for improvement. • Maintaining accurate records of training activities and tracking employee progress. • Providing coaching and mentoring support to team members. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education or related field. • Minimum 2 years of experience in Learning & Development or a related field. • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
