Role Overview We are looking for an experienced learning professional to own the Campus Technical Learning program, responsible for developing and implementing technical training programs for our campus-based employees. This role will be a key contributor to our overall talent development strategy, working closely with our Learning & Development team to design and deliver high-quality training content that meets the needs of our diverse workforce. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement technical training programs for campus-based employees, focusing on emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, cloud computing, and data science. • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to design and deliver training content that is relevant, engaging, and effective in achieving business objectives. • Work closely with the Learning & Development team to ensure alignment with overall talent development strategy and goals. • Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training programs to address these gaps. • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making recommendations for improvement based on data-driven insights. • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development among campus-based employees, promoting a growth mindset and encouraging experimentation and innovation. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Education, Training & Development, or related field; Master's degree preferred. • 5+ years of experience in training and development, with a focus on technical training programs. • Proven track record of designing and delivering high-quality training content that drives business results. • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and facilitation techniques. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
