Assistant Lab Manager (ICP, XRF, Metals)

Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the operations of the laboratory specializing in precious metals, ICP, and XRF analysis. Develop, implement, and maintain laboratory procedures and protocols. Ensure accurate and timely analysis of samples using ICP and XRF techniques. Provide technical guidance and support to laboratory staff. Manage laboratory supplies, equipment, and inventory. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals. Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in the field of precious metals analysis. Provide input on budgeting and resource allocation for laboratory operations. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize laboratory processes and procedures. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and standards.
