What We’re Looking For
- Cert III or IV in Individual Support/Aged Care OR Bachelor of Nursing student (min. 160 hrs clinical placement, with 1 being Aged Care)
- Must live in Oberon or willing and able to travel to Oberon
- 6+ months paid aged care experience in Australia
- 2 contactable aged care clinical references (must be managers)
- Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
- Triple COVID-19 vaccination + 2025 FLUVAX
- Current NSW Working With Children Check (essential)
- NDIS Workers Check (highly desirable)
- Must have full work rights in Australia – no sponsorship available
- MUST OWN A CAR AND HAVE A VALID LICENSE
