In a welcoming environment, you ensure the well-being of children from birth to 3 years old, while supporting their parents and caregivers. Your role involves: - Providing personalized support to each child, taking into account their individual needs and characteristics; - Developing and implementing tailored activities for each child, in collaboration with the family and other professionals involved; - Maintaining a safe and stimulating environment that fosters children's growth and development; - Collaborating with parents and caregivers to provide information and guidance on childcare and parenting; - Participating in multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans for children.
