• Ensure daily childcare services, including hygiene, meals, and ensuring emotional security
• Promote and animate stimulating activities to promote motor skills, autonomy, and socialization in children
• Exchange with families about the child's day and accompany them during separations
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and actively participate in project meetings for a coherent pedagogical project
• Contribute to general maintenance of the establishment by respecting hygiene and safety standards
