The Assistant in Childcare (F/H) position requires skills in security and communication.

• Diploma in State Assistant in Childcare mandatory for this role
• Aptitude to ensure the emotional and physical safety of children
• Ability to develop and adapt various educational projects
• Ease working in a multidisciplinary team and active participation in meetings
• Empathy and communication skills to exchange with families
