- Mastery of hygiene and comfort techniques for the well-being of children

- Ability to welcome and accompany children and families with empathy and benevolence

- Aptitude to design and animate fun and educational activities to promote child development

- Effective collaboration with a multidisciplinary team for personalized support to each child

- Holder of the State Diploma in Childcare Assistant, ensuring appropriate training
