As an Auxiliary Nurse (F/H), you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to children from birth to 3 years old. Your mission will be to create a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment that fosters the physical, emotional and cognitive development of these young children. Your main tasks will include: • Providing individualized care to each child, taking into account their unique needs and personalities; • Developing and implementing personalized care plans in collaboration with the nursery team; • Maintaining a clean and organized environment that meets the highest standards of hygiene and safety; • Collaborating with other members of the nursery team to ensure seamless communication and coordination; • Participating in training sessions and workshops to stay up-to-date on the latest developments in early childhood education. To succeed in this role, you will need to have: • A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field; • At least 1 year of experience working with children from birth to 3 years old; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Strong organizational and time management skills.
