Assistant Head of Floristry

Expected from 01.06.2026 - Season (3-4 months) The Kulm Hotel is world-renowned for its magnificent halls and meticulous attention to detail. As the right hand to our Head Florist, you will play a key role in transforming our hotel into a blooming masterpiece. You are more than a florist – you are an ambassador of aesthetics and elegance. Your Mission: Creative Staging: You will take a leading role in the entire floral design—from delicate table arrangements to grand, imposing bouquets for our guests. Quality Assurance: You will ensure that our high standards of quality are consistently met. This includes the selection of fresh flowers, meticulous care, and the timely implementation of your designs. Team Leadership: You will support the Head Florist in leading and motivating the team. This includes mentoring junior florists, coordinating work schedules, and promoting a positive work environment. Guest Relations: You will interact with our guests and ensure their wishes and expectations are met. This includes personalized advice on floral arrangements and special requests. Administrative Tasks: You will assist with administrative tasks, such as ordering flowers, managing budgets, and maintaining inventories. Your Profile: Professional Training: You have completed professional training as a florist (or equivalent). Experience: You have several years of professional experience in floristry, preferably in a high-end environment. Creativity and Design Skills: You have a keen sense of aesthetics and an eye for detail, with the ability to create innovative and inspiring floral designs. Leadership Skills: You have experience in leading and motivating a team. Organizational Skills: You are highly organized and able to work efficiently, even under pressure.
