The Role:

As Assistant Manager, you will help the store management team instill company values and customer promises within your team and in the store, through example, coaching and offering high-quality instructions. You will also assist in implementing a sales and merchandising plan and foster a highly engaged team culture.

The other tasks include:

• Participate in loss prevention processes in the store, including participating in strategies and investigations
• Aid in managing store inventories, merchandising, and price displays to maximize sales of your categories
• Deliver and achieve budgets and sales targets within your Department

This is what you bring to the role:

• A dynamic and positive personality with solid leadership skills
• The ability to work in a rapidly evolving environment where priorities change
• Flexibility to work on various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed
• 2 years of experience in retail management and customer service
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
