Adecco We are looking for a pension fund in the Morges region, an Assistant Gérance H/F/D. Fixed-term position, open to 80 or 100%. Responsibilities In close collaboration with the building manager, you will be responsible for: - Assuring current secretarial tasks and managing correspondence. - Processing and tracking invoices. - Participating in the realization of property status reports (entry and exit). - Realizing various administrative tasks related to portfolio management. - Maintaining professional relationships with our different stakeholders: tenants, concierges, estate agents, authorities, etc. Profile - Holder of a CFC employee commerce certificate. Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate management. - A basic training in real estate (ImmoBase, ImmoStart, etc.) is an asset. - Comfortable with invoice processing, tenancy law, and having good notions in building techniques. - Excellent mastery of usual computer tools and ideally GaraioREM property management software. - Excellent writing skills and impeccable spelling. - Private vehicle essential (parking space available).
