As Assistant General Manager of A&B, your responsibility will be to oversee the operations of A&B, including restaurants, bars, room service, banquets, and experiences. Ensure an exceptional experience for guests and visitors, following LQA and Forbes standards, as well as company standards. Ensure a positive work environment for all team members, orienting activities towards excellence.

Organize and supervise operational activities of A&B, assisting in the management of people processes with the sector management, managing equipment, inventory, leave schedules, training, administrative activities, and team motivation. Participate actively in menu planning, wine selection, and other projects, as well as receiving, training, and preparing new colleagues for daily life.

In the absence of the manager, take necessary decisions to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operation. Act in favor of professional development and growth of the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership position
• Knowledge of gastronomy, enology, cocktails, techniques, and services of A&B and events
• Fluent English
• Other language is an asset
• Good communication
• Good interpersonal relationships and empathy
• Proactivity and initiative
• Attention to detail
• Planning and organization
