Assistant General Manager – Digital Office (CDO Office)

Role Overview: We are looking for a highly organized, execution-oriented leader to drive governance, coordination, and delivery across the Digital Office. This role works closely with the Chief Digital Officer to ensure alignment, visibility, and execution across strategic technology, digital, and business transformation initiatives. The Chief of Staff is single-threaded to the CDO — the role exists to multiply the CDO’s effectiveness across the digital and technology agenda. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned leader with experience in driving complex projects and programs, with a strong track record of delivering results. They will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. The role requires a high degree of autonomy, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing strategic plans for the Digital Office, in collaboration with the CDO and other key stakeholders. • Providing guidance and support to teams across the organization, ensuring alignment with digital and technology initiatives. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize projects and programs that drive business value. • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, customers, and partners. • Developing and managing budgets for specific projects or programs, ensuring effective allocation of resources. • Identifying and mitigating risks associated with digital and technology initiatives. • Providing thought leadership and strategic guidance to the organization on digital and technology trends and best practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital transformation, technology innovation, and business operations. They will be able to leverage their expertise to drive business outcomes and deliver results.
