We bring together what belongs together. We are looking for an assistant for the service advisor / receptionist (m/w/d) for the vehicle sector on behalf of our customer, to be filled immediately or at a later date through direct placement.

Our customer is a very established and long-standing Munich-based company with over 80 years of corporate history.

With its 85 employees, it supports its customers and binds them to the company in the long term.

The following are your diverse tasks: You are the first point of contact for customers and guests

You take phone calls and forward them to the relevant department within the company

You plan with customers the workshop appointments

You support the service advisor in creating virtual orders and invoices

What you ideally bring: A completed commercial or technical vocational training in office / automotive industry or hotel trade (m/w/d)

First work experience in a similar position or in an auto dealership is advantageous

High service and customer orientation

A well-groomed appearance and good manners

Careful, tidy, and reliable working style

Fluent German and good English skills

Safe handling of PC and IT solutions

Self-initiated proactive work style and teamwork
