Assistant Food & Beverage Manager Internship
Job description
Main Tasks :
- Assist in promoting different food and beverage sales points.
- E nsure information transmission to relevant services.
- Organize and supervise setup according to activity forecasts and product information.
- E nsure brand standards application.
- Maintain presentation quality of sales supports and verify pricing conformity.
F&B Operations :
- Organizing days, Breakfast, Restaurant, Banqueting, Room service
- Participation in planning
- Participation in operational improvement processes
F&B Cost Control :
- Organizing and conducting physical inventory
- Following and establishing F&B end-of-month analyses
- Maintaining updated databases (articles, suppliers…)
- Controlling Micros postings
F&B Administrative :
- Assisting in managing payrolls, leaves, planning, extras
- C alculating material ratios, proposing and implementing corrective actions
