Assistant Food & Beverage Manager (Internship)

Description of the post
Main tasks :
- Aids in valuing different food and beverage sales points.
- Makes sure to transmit information to relevant services.
- Organizes and supervises setup according to activity forecasts and product information.
- Makes sure to apply brand standards.
- Maintains the quality of sales support presentation and checks pricing conformity.
F&B Operations :
- Organization of days, Breakfast, Restaurant, Banqueting, Room service
- Participation in planning
- Participation in operational improvement processes
F&B Cost Control :
- Organization and realization of physical inventories
- Follow-up and establishment of F&B end-of-month analyses
- Maintenance of updated databases (articles, suppliers…)
- Control of Micros postings
F&B Administrative :
- Aide to payroll management, leave, planning, extras
- Calculation of material ratios, proposal and implementation of corrective actions
