Assistant/ Finance Manager (Audit, Accounting, CPA/ISCA)

Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards. Manage cash flow and working capital to optimize financial performance. Monitor and analyze financial data, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement financial strategies and plans. Manage relationships with external parties such as banks, auditors, and other financial institutions. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's financial position and make informed decisions accordingly. Provide guidance and support to team members on financial matters. Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, reported, and compliant with relevant laws and regulations. Identify and mitigate potential risks to the company's financial performance. Prepare and present financial reports to management and other stakeholders. Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve financial operations and reduce costs. Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
