Mission of the position Organizes and supervises the food and beverage department, ensuring that all aspects related to the hotel's F&B operations run smoothly. This includes managing inventory, ordering supplies, controlling costs, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
