Data Review of equipment qualifications and maintenance records from laboratories.

▪ Verifies the accuracy and conformity of raw data from qualifications and maintenance records.

▪ Identifies inconsistencies and opens a non-conformity, change control, or deviation as needed.

▪ Validates periodic maintenance and qualification records, releases equipment, applies a compliance label to the material.

▪ Keeps the schedule of qualifications and maintenance up-to-date for all departments.

▪ Participates in the annual establishment of the Validation Master Plan for equipment.

▪ Participates in the initial qualification of equipment from an administrative standpoint.

Administration of environmental condition monitoring system

▪ Analyzes and searches for the cause of a faulty temperature probe in collaboration with services.

▪ Requests the purchase of new probes in case of failure.

▪ Has probes requalified according to procedures, depending on the type of probe and equipment.

▪ Forecasts backup probe availability and submits price offers to hierarchy.

▪ Tests the proper functioning of backup probes.

Surveillance of external qualification and maintenance contracts

▪ Signals any new subcontractor for potential registration.

▪ Requests a quote based on necessary action (maintenance/qualification contracts, punctual qualifications, probes, etc.).

▪ Tracks costs incurred by maintenance as needed.

▪ Ensures the renewal of periodic contracts, verifies contents, and keeps them up-to-date.

▪ Plans and ensures laboratory follow-up for subcontractor interventions.

Training

▪ Provides training on equipment and software usage for which it is responsible.

Audit and inspections

▪ Participates in and presents qualification/maintenance reports for equipment.
