Assistant Engineer Flat Optics and Photonics Integration (APM), (NSTIC), IME

We are looking for an Assistant Engineer to support the Flat Optics and Photonics Integration development. This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career engineer to gain hands-on experience in semiconductor processing and work on cutting-edge flat optics/photonics technologies. Key Responsibilities: Assist in process development and fabrication of semiconductor device. Perform cleanroom equipment (e.g. metrology) and lot operation. Perform process characterization, data collection and analysis. Collaborate with the team to develop and implement new processes and procedures. Participate in continuous improvement activities to optimize process efficiency and quality. Develop and maintain documentation for processes and procedures. Provide technical support to other teams as needed. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. 0-2 years of experience in semiconductor processing or a related field. Strong understanding of semiconductor device physics and fabrication processes. Ability to work in a team environment. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
