Join Château des Novalles at Blonay!Château des Novalles, a medical-social establishment located on the Riviera, welcomes elderly people requiring medicalized accompaniment. With a capacity of 49 beds for long-term stay and 1 bed for short-term stay, we commit to offering high-quality care in a warm and benevolent environment. Our approach is based on individualized support and personalized care, with a focus on the well-being of each person. We are looking for an Assistant in Community Health and Care who will join our team and contribute to providing quality care to our residents. The ideal candidate should have experience in community health and care, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess excellent communication skills. The working hours will be 80-100%.
