Assistant in Community Care and Health

Founded in Lausanne in 1843, the Asylum Foundation for the Blind includes the Jules-Gonin Ophthalmic Hospital, a university ophthalmology service, a research center, the Pedagogical Center for Students with Visual Impairments (CPHV), the social service, rehabilitation and low vision, Frédéric Recordon and Clair-Soleil.

More than 600 collaborators mobilize every day to serve visual health by offering diagnostic, treatment, and accompaniment services to people affected in their vision.

To complete our daytime or nighttime team, we are looking for an Assistant in Community Care and Health.

Assistant-e in Community Care and Health

• Ensure the well-being of the resident through daily life activities and propose adaptations to care services based on your analysis.
• Be part of social and recreational accompaniment for the resident.
• Perform medical delegated acts.

• CFC Assistant/e in Community Care and Health
• Mastery of spoken and written French language
• Mastery of usual computer tools
• Interest in working in geriatrics and/or experience in this field
• Knowledge and/or training in Humanitude philosophy, a real asset
• Aptitude to provide personalized basic care
• Sense of interdisciplinarity and pluridisciplinarity
• Ability for reflection and analysis
• Respect and valuation of teamwork
