Community Health and Healthcare Assistant - with Federal Certificate of Competence (M/F)
Sectors: Hospital - Nursing Home - Home Care in the cantons of Geneva and Vaud (La Côte) Your mission:
Ensure the overall care of patients or beneficiaries (technical care and comfort care);
Provide personalized and quality care within multidisciplinary teams or independently at home;
Carry out traceability of care and ensure the transmission of essential information for the continuity of care;
Participate in maintaining the autonomy and well-being of the accompanied individuals;
Intervene as part of occasional missions, planned or urgent replacements, as well as last-minute missions according to needs;
Adapt to different work environments: health establishments, medico-social structures, or home interventions.
Your profile:
Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) required;
Valid practice license in the concerned canton or recognition in progress;
You are versatile, flexible, and autonomous;
You appreciate teamwork while being able to intervene independently;
You have excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of service;
You know how to adapt quickly to new work environments;
You are available for regular or occasional missions according to your availability;
Mobility is an asset, especially for home interventions.
