Employment Requirements

• Alignment with and support for the College’s Christian values and ethos
  
• Holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher)
  
• Holds up to date First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates as well as a Paid Blue Card
  
• Has prior experience in an Early Childhood setting and experience in a Lead Educator role
  
• Working Rights for Australia (or eligible to gain) including WHV or Skilled Migrant Visa
