Are you someone who enjoys planning, organizing, and quickly adapting? As an Assistant Dispatcher, you are a vital link in our logistical processes. You ensure that everything runs smoothly: from planning incoming bulk orders to dispatching vehicles within the Benelux. You closely follow deliveries and pickups and take decisive action when unexpected situations arise.

In addition, you prepare order compositions and support blending activities by planning internal and external product flows. You oversee load and unload activities, report deviations, and actively think about improvements. Inventory management is also part of your core tasks: you track levels and deviations and translate these into concrete actions. You work closely with internal departments such as sales support, production, and warehousing.

In short, your main responsibilities are:

• Planning and tracking bulk transports
• Monitoring and optimizing inventory levels
• Actively coordinating with transporters and internal departments for smooth logistical processes
• Suddenly adjusting when unexpected problems or deviations arise
