Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production activities to achieve volume and quality targets, minimizing downtime.
• Assist in preparing financial situations (Profit & Loss), analyzing costs, and identifying opportunities for reduction without compromising quality.
• Monitor departmental budgets and expenses, ensuring financial discipline and reporting any deviations on time.
• Present periodic performance reports using key indicators (KPIs) such as production efficiency, downtime, productivity, and labor force.
• Collaborate with sales and commercial teams to stay informed about market trends, product demand, pricing strategies, and inventory levels.
• Manage raw material stocks, coordinate with procurement for preventing shortages, and ensure efficient use of materials and equipment.
• Apply strict safety protocols and quality standards, conduct inspections and audits, and implement corrective measures as needed.
• Provide administrative support by preparing reports on production, quality indicators, and safety incidents for senior management.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives, encouraging production and innovation to increase productivity and quality while reducing risk.

Requirements:

• Higher education in Silviculture, Wood Technology, Business, or technical fields;
• Experience in a production environment;
• Operational knowledge of MS Office;
• Knowledge of English at a minimum medium level;
• Attention to detail;
• Seriousness and punctuality;
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
