Assistant Digital Manager

THIS POSITION IS ONBOARD The Assistant Digital Manager is responsible for supporting the daily management, maintenance, and optimization of all onboard digital systems, with a primary focus on digital signage and the guest mobile application. This role ensures that all digital content and functionalities are up to date, aligned with brand standards, and meet operational needs. Reporting to the Onboard Digital Manager, the Assistant Digital Manager provides hands-on support for both guest-facing and crew-facing digital platforms. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of digital signage systems, mobile applications, and onboard operations. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and maintaining content calendars for onboard digital channels; • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure brand consistency across all onboard digital platforms; • Troubleshooting technical issues related to digital signage and guest mobile application; • Providing training and support to crew members on the use of onboard digital systems; • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in the field of digital signage and mobile applications.
