Missions Your mission, as a home care assistant (ADV), you are a true life partner for the people you assist. Specifically, you will be responsible for: - Assisting people with disabilities or the elderly in daily life activities: getting up, going to bed, hygiene, mobility, meals, shopping, moral support
- Adapting your communication, pace, and actions according to the unique needs of each beneficiary, respecting their dignity and privacy.
- Being attentive to the expectations of the person and their loved ones, and contributing to their well-being and autonomy.
