Assistant to Families in Alternance H/F

Walter Learning, a training organization in alternance, is looking for (one) assistant to families. Each week, you will be 4 days on mission with a beneficiary near your home and 1 day in distance learning. Terms of the alternance * Training 100% taken care of (no fees to pay) * Alternance contract of 12 or 18 months * Monthly remuneration according to the legal grid in force (between €760 and €1,802) Missions on this position As you become an assistant to families, your main missions will be: • To provide support and accompaniment to a family with children, • To help them manage their daily life, • To facilitate communication between family members, • To ensure the well-being of the children, • To participate in the development of a personalized support plan for the family. Requirements * Bachelor's degree or equivalent in social sciences, education, or related fields, * Good knowledge of French and English, * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, * Strong communication skills, * Ability to adapt to changing situations, * Availability to travel occasionally.
